We are here to celebrate the life of one of Lovers Rocks greatest contributors, Ms. Jean Adebambo. Sadly we also mourn her death as another great loss to the Reggae Genre. Jean Adebambo gained fame and notoriety during the late seventies and early eighties. She will be remembered for such hits as “Paradise”.

May she rest in peace. She will be missed but never forgotten.

When I hear news like this it makes me realize that we are definitely nearing the end of an era. The poor excuse for music produced today could never compare to the Lovers Rock and Revival of my days.

She is now an ancestor! True icon in the business of reggae lovers rock 80’s era and beyond… I’m sure they’re planning a tribute as we speak.
