How To Arrange Corporate Event For Your Employees?

No attention to personal interests of members and fanatic desire to hold a luxurious “corporate” can bring significant harm and even demotivate employees.

Pay attention to the following features of collective actions:

Voluntary visiting the corporate event. The possibility of reasonable and no reasonable refusal of a visit. If the refusal is motivated, the only “rebuke” for “deserter” may become rave reviews of colleagues about the celebration.

If an employee without good reason missed corporate, it is ethically to find out why. Perhaps this person has already moved away from the team and avoids consciously joint activities.

Ownership of workers to the organization of the party. It is questioning of employees, the recitation of the holiday wishes. Employees can get involved by implementing tasks within the departments, preparing the scenes “skits and jokes.

Heterogeneity of holidaymakers. The team may be heterogeneous both in age and interest. First, the habits and tastes are identified in advance (see “ownership”). Someone just sit in the bar and listen to music.
